Hi! Nice to meet you! I'm Melinda Wasmund, the creator, designer, and planner behind Mellie Events.

I am originally from Romania and moved here when I was just seventeen years old. When I was younger, I was forced into a myriad of odd jobs, all while learning English. Those experiences pushed me into eventually becoming a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor. However, my true passion lies in creating.

It was time to follow my dreams and create my own event planning business. Today, I am a wife and a proud mom of two. I channel my lifelong love for creativity and design through lavish weddings, private parties, and corporate events.

My top priority is for you to be able to relax and enjoy your day with all of your family and friends.
